The movie is Obsession. A shy guy named Bear wishes his coworker, Nikki, would love him more than anyone in the world. The wish works. It also takes away her free will. So the designer, Blair James, dressed Nikki for a party the way Bear would want her dressed. Red zebra halter top. Tiny shorts. A woman with no say in it.
The top came from Princess Polly.
Then the movie became a hit, and something happened that nobody planned. Fans tracked down the top. It sold out by the end of May. Then they went on TikTok and asked Princess Polly, loudly, to bring it back.
