Jeff founded and led the corporate branding and innovation firm, The Right Brain Studio, from 1985 until it 2025, when he decided to step away from corporate work to focus on personal branding and branding for startups and small business.
He now works with clients one-on-one, offers live and online branding workshops, and is featured as a keynote speaker for company retreats and conferences.
He also works as an Adjunct Professor in the Digital Social Media program at the University of Southern California’s (USC) Annenberg School, where he has taught since 2016.

With The Right Brain Studio, Jeff’s business development strategies and new product ideas have been responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars in revenues for some of the world’s top brands such as Pepsi, Colgate-Palmolive, General Mills, Johnson & Johnson, Brown-Forman, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Anheuser-Busch, Walt Disney and many others.
His personal branding work with both his students and clients, have directly led to new jobs and promotions for individuals, and increased sales for companies.

A former executive with Brown-Forman, Campbell-Mithun and Chiat/Day, Jeff earned an M.S. in Advertising and a B.S. in Communications from Northwestern University.
